Stylish rooms, great breakfast

The king room on the 7th floor was very spacious. Loved the bathtub. Great sound insulation. The breakfast is great, lots of different options.

Okay for the price, no view at all

The window overlooked the neighboring room, must make special requests for a room with view. The room size is okay. 3 minutes walk from MRT station. Staff not very friendly. But what can you expect with this price.

I booked a superior double room with bathtub but I was given a room with shower only. I told the front desk but the staff said the photos on Booking.com doesn’t mean you will get that room… I made a complaint the. I was switched to a room with tub the next day.

Bad start, good ending

The staff was very helpful, polite and english speaking. The room was alright, pretty clean, toilet okay.

The first ‘superior’ room I was given was a low ceiling dark room with a window facing a concrete-metal enclosure (see photo).It felt like being in a tiny apartment with no view. Unacceptable. I asked for a change and the other room had less amenities (smaller and no bathtub), though for the same price? I had to wait for the checkout and for the new room to get cleaned. Once in the new room, the keycard didn’t work, so I had to wait longer. Then I realized there was only one towel in the bathroom, I had to go and ask for one to the cleaning staff. Then, on the second day the toilet paper was finished and wasn’t replaced. I get eco-friendly but come on... I personally liked the location, a bit out of the center, near the river and not too far from the subway station. Also, it has to be specified for clarity as I didn’t find this information anywhere: the parking lot isn’t the hotel’s private parking lot. They are just using a multi-floor parking lot in front of the hotel, which is independent.
